Groups Currently Assigned |

The Groups Currently Assigned tab enables you to assign users to user groups. Access is based on the cumulative rights of all groups assigned.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.
User ID
Unique identifier of the user currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box. If the ID already exists, the name displays next to the ID. Maximum field length is 50 characters.
The fields in the bottom section of this tab, presented in a screen group, define the user groups to which the user is assigned. Users may be assigned to more than one group. User access is based on the cumulative rights of all groups assigned. Unless otherwise indicated, these fields are required.

User group ID
Identifier of the user group to which this user is assigned. This field has a list box.
Note: When you assign users to user group IDs, carefully consider which screens the user groups may access. If granting access to the following screens, consider the stated consequences.
Queries/Reports
	 -> Query/Report
	 Generator screen
	Queries and reports should be created and managed by persons who understand
	 the SQL language and concepts of relational database design. Although
	 views cannot damage the database contents, executing a poorly designed
	 view can cause major system performance problems for other users.
Data
	 -> Equipment Activity -> Fueling -> Setup -> Automated
	 Fuel Systems screen
	Access rights to this screen should only be granted to system managers;
	 inserts and updates to information on this screen can disable the
	 processing of the fuel system interface.
Data -> System Mgmt ->
	 Activity Log
	 screen
	Because this screen displays potentially sensitive information, consider
	 granting access only to system administrators.
