Order and receive serialized parts

To track serialized part order and receipt, use the following screens.

Enterprise Purchasing

• Data -> Enterprise Purchasing -> Purchase Orders

• Data -> Enterprise Purchasing -> Requisitions

• Data -> Enterprise Purchasing -> Receipts

Non-Enterprise Purchasing

• Data -> Purchasing -> Quick Orders

• Data -> Purchasing ->  Reordering

• Data -> Parts Activity -> Receipts

When a serialized part is received into inventory:

• Part is added to the Data -> Parts Items -> Serialized Parts screen with an IN STOCK status

• Serial number is recorded on the Data -> Parts Items  -> Primary Information screen
