Setup (Automated Fuel Tickets)

The Setup tab for automated fuel tickets enables you to define the file that contains fuel transactions to load into the database.

Detail View Header

The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.

Run ID

Identifier of the sequential number assigned to each upload. The run description displays to the right of the ID. This field has a list box.

Detail View

Data in the field in the bottom section of the tab define the automated fuel system.

Fuel system ID

Identifier of the automated fuel system. This field has a list box. The system name displays to the right of the ID. This field is required.

Refer to the standard record formats to make your choice. If your system is not listed, make sure there is a check for the system in the System Available field on the Fuel System Description tab of the Automated Fuel Systems screen. If you need help making your choice, contact Technical Support.
