The Basic Info tab for bays enables you to display and define identifying information about bays.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.
Bay ID
Unique identifier of the bay currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box. If the bay is already defined, the name displays to the right of the ID.
Data in the fields at the bottom section of this tab define the basic information about the bay. Unless otherwise indicated, these fields are required.
Bay name
Name of the bay.
Location ID
Valid location identifier of the shop that contains the bay. This field has a list box. The location description displays to the right of the ID.
Can be scheduled
Indicator of whether the bay can be scheduled.
If this field has a check, tasks can be scheduled for the bay.
If this field is blank, this bay is not considered as a resource when tasks are scheduled.
Date and time available for scheduling
Date and time (in MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM format) that the bay is available for scheduling. the bay is considered as a resource (available to schedule tasks) on or after this date.
Charge rate per hour
This field is for information only. You can use it however you want.
