Allocations |
The Allocations tab enables you to record the funding money allocated through the years. The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.
Capital funding source ID
Identifier of the capital funding source currently displayed in the grid or that you are defining. Maximum field length is 20 characters. This field has a list box. The funding source description displays to the right of the ID. This field is required.
The fields in the bottom section of this tab enable you to record the funding money allocated through the years. Unless otherwise indicated, these fields are optional.

Delete
If this field has a check, the entire row is deleted when you click Save.
Year
Year (in the format specified by the Year type field) that the money was funded.
Year type
Type of year. This field has a list box.
CALENDAR (e.g., 2012, 2014)
FISCAL
SEQUENCE (e.g., 1, 2, 3)
Amount funded
The amount funded. Defaults to 0 (zero). The field is formatted as 12 numbers before the decimal and two after it. The amount entered must be greater than or equal to zero.
