Notes |
The Notes tab enables you to view and record notes about capital funding sources. If there are notes associated with the source, this tab displays in the alert color specified on Preferences -> Color Setup.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.
Capital funding source ID
Identifier of the capital funding source currently displayed in the grid or that you are defining. Maximum field length is 20 characters. This field has a list box. The funding source description displays to the right of the ID. This field is required.
The fields in the bottom section of this tab enable you to view or add notes about the funding source. Once a note has been entered, it may not be changed or deleted.
Text field that displays notes that were entered previously. Includes the creation date and time as well as the user ID of the person who entered the note. Read only.
Add a new note
Free-form text field in which you can type notes regarding the funding source. This field is optional.
