Contributors (Capital Plans)


The Contributors tab allows you to add new contributors to a capital plan and to manage their rights to edit the plan. There are no restrictions on the user that can be added as a contributor, but they should be users within the system. You can also review who last updated the plan from the Contributors pop-in.

Detail View Header

The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.

Capital plan ID

Identifier of the capital plan currently displayed in the grid or that you are defining. Maximum field length is 20 characters. This field has a list box. The plan description displays to the right of the ID. This field is required.

Detail View

The fields in the bottom section of this tab enable you to describe the plan.

Created by user ID

ID of the user that created the plan. This user will always be a contributor with edit rights.

Last modified by user ID

ID of the user who last modified the Capital Plan and the date and time at which it was modified.

Additional Contributors Screen Group Data Table

Table that allows you to add or delete a contributor and check the box to allow edit rights for the plan.

  1. Click Edit on the header in order to make changes to the contributors.

  2. Select a User ID from the choice-list.

  3. Check the User Can Edit Plan box if this user will have edit rights.

  4. Click Save on the header to save your contributors.
