Goals (Capital Plans) |
The Goals tab allows you to associate a goal with a capital plan. Goals and objectives are defined on the Equipment Management > Capital Planning > Goals page but can be associated with a specific capital plan from this screen.
To edit the table, click the Edit icon on the header.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.
Capital plan ID
Identifier of the capital plan currently displayed in the grid or that you are defining. Maximum field length is 20 characters. This field has a list box. The plan description displays to the right of the ID. This field is required.
The fields in the bottom section of this tab enable you to describe the goal.
Delete
Check the delete box if you would like to delete an associated goal from the capital plan.
Goal ID
Select a Goal ID from the choice-list.
Goals are defined on the Goals screen which can be found by selecting Menu and going to Setup > Equipment Management > Capital Planning > Goals.
Description
The description will automatically populate based on the description that was defined with the Goal ID.
Fulfilled
Check this box if the goal has been reached.
To save your changes, click the Save icon on the header.
