Notes |
The Notes tab enables you to view and record notes about capital plans. If there are notes associated with the source, this tab displays in the alert color specified on Preferences -> Color Setup.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.
Capital plan ID
Identifier of the capital plan currently displayed in the grid or that you are defining. Maximum field length is 20 characters. This field has a list box. The plan description displays to the right of the ID. This field is required.
The fields in the bottom section of this tab enable you to view or add notes about the capital plan. Once a note has been entered, it may not be changed or deleted.
Text field that displays notes that were entered previously. Includes the creation date and time as well as the user ID of the person who entered the note. This field is read only.
Add a new note
Free-form text field in which you can type notes regarding the plan. This field is optional.
