Objectives (Capital Plans) |
The Objectives tab allows you to associate an objective with a capital plan.
To edit the table, click the Edit icon on the header.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.
Capital plan ID
Identifier of the capital plan currently displayed in the grid or that you are defining. Maximum field length is 20 characters. This field has a list box. The plan description displays to the right of the ID. This field is required.
The fields in the bottom section of this tab enable you to describe the plan.
Delete
Check the delete box if you would like to delete an associated objective from the capital plan.
Goal ID
Select a Goal ID from the choice-list.
Goals and Objectives are defined on the Goals screen which can be found by selecting Menu and going to Setup > Equipment Management > Capital Planning > Goals.
Objective ID
Select an Objective ID from the choice-list.
Target value
The target value will automatically populate based on the value that was defined with the Objective ID.
Current value
The current value of the objective.
Target date
Select a target date for this objective.
Fulfilled
Check this box if the goal has been reached. This box is checked automatically if the entry in the Current value field is equal to or greater than the Target value when you save changes.
To save your changes, click the Save icon on the header.
