Capital Approval Types |
The Capital Approval Types screen enables you to define approval types for use in capital planning. Types need to be defined for use on capital projects, capital plans, or both.
The fields on this tab define the data that displays.
Capital approval type ID
Identifier of the capital approval type currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. Maximum field length is 30 characters. This field has a list box. This field is required.
Only inactive approval types may be deleted.
Description
Text description of the approval type. Maximum field length is 60 characters. This field is optional.
Capital projects
If this field has a check, the approval type may be used on capital projects.
Capital plans
If this field has a check, the approval type may be used on capital plans.
Note: If both boxes have a check, the approval type may be used on capital projects and plans. If both boxes are blank, the type may not be used.
