Capital Programs |
The Capital Programs screen enables you to create capital program IDs and assign categories to them. Examples of capital programs include work equipment, and track maintenance and replacement.
The screen has one tab, Basic Info.
The fields on this tab define the data that displays.
Capital program ID
Identifier of the capital program currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. Maximum field length is 50 characters. This field has a list box. The program description displays to the right of the ID. This field is required.
Only inactive program IDs (those not in use on projects) may be deleted.
Description
Text description of the program. Maximum field length is 120 characters. This field is optional.
Program category
Category associated with the program. This field has a list box. This field is optional.
Capital categories are defined on the Data -> Equipment Management -> Capital Planning -> Setup -> Capital Categories screen.
