Risk Potential Types |
The Risk Potential Types screen enables you to define and activate different risk types for capital planning projects. The screen has one tab, Basic Info.
The fields on this tab define the data that displays.
Risk potential ID
Identifier of the potential risk type currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. Maximum field length is 20 characters. This field has a list box. This field is required.
Only inactive risk types may be deleted.
Description
Text description of the risk type. Maximum field length is 60 characters. This field is optional.
Active
If this field has a check, the risk type is active. Defaults to blank (inactive).
Note: You may not deactivate risk potential types that are in use on capital projects.
Probability Percent
The probability of the risk potential type occurring. Enter a numerical percentage with up to four decimal places (such as 48.8735). Negative numbers are not permitted. This field defaults to 0.0. This field is optional.
