Comments

The Comments tab enables you to view and record comments related to vendor contracts.

• Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on vendor contract ID, all contracts more than ___% used, and vendor ID.

Detail View Header

The field in the top section of this tab defaults from the information entered on the Basic Info tab.

Vendor contract ID

Identifier of the vendor contract currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. The contract description displays to the right of the ID. This field is display only.

Comments

Free-form text field in which you can record comments regarding the vendor contract. The maximum field length is 2,000 characters. Optional.
