Files

The Files tab enables you to view and insert links to files associated with vendor contracts.

Detail View Header

The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.

Vendor contract ID

Identifier of the vendor contract currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. The contract description displays to the right of the ID. This field is display only.

Detail View

The Files screen group in the bottom section of this tab lists the data files associated with the contract. These fields are optional.

Delete

To delete the entries in the fields to the right, place a check in this field and click Save.

Path and file name

Navigation path and file name of the data file associated with the contract. This is useful if you want to associate a document with the contract. The field allows both uppercase and lowercase letters to support operating systems that are case-sensitive. Maximum field length is 255 characters; the first 85 display in the field. This field has a file launch button .

Description

Description of the data file. Maximum field length is 50 characters, and all display in the field.
