Notes |
The Notes tab enables you to view and insert links to files associated with vendor contracts.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.
Vendor contract ID
Identifier of the vendor contract currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. The contract description displays to the right of the ID. This field is display only.
The fields in the bottom section of this tab enable you to view or add notes about the contract. Once a note has been entered, it may not be changed or deleted.
Text field that displays notes that were entered previously. Includes the creation date and time as well as the user ID of the person who entered the note. This file is read only.
Add a new note
Free-form text field in which you can type notes regarding the contract. This field is optional.
