Authority Info


The Authority Info tab enables you to display and define information about tasks the employee is authorized to perform on the Data -> Call Center -> Call Center screen.

Detail View Header

The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.

Employee ID

Unique identifier of the employee currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. If the ID already exists, the employee name displays to the right of the ID. This field has a list box.

Detail View

The fields in the bottom section of this tab define the employee’s authorizations. All fields are optional.

Employee has authority to approve work order estimates up to a value of ___

Employee has the authority to place a check in the Approved field on the Data -> Call Center -> Call Center screen if the Estimated/Total cost on the Estimate tab of that screen does not exceed the amount specified in this field.

Employee has authority to approve work order invoice payments up to a value of ___

Employee has the authority to place a check in the Approved field on the Basic Info tab of the Data -> Call Center -> Vendor Invoices screen for all invoices that do not exceed the amount specified in this field.

Fuel card ID

Identifier of the fuel card (authorizes use of the fuel pump) assigned to the employee. The maximum field length is 20 characters. Alphabetic characters are not allowed. Leading zeros are allowed if there is a check in the Send leading zeroes of fuel card number from FuelFocus field on the Data -> Fuel/Fluid Tanks -> Setup -> Options screen and the ID is the same length as what is set in the DDA\Station\maximus\XML.INI for the IDLength tag. This field is optional, but must be unique for each employee.

Fuel card PIN

Personal identification number associated with the fuel card. The maximum field length is 12 alphanumeric characters. This field is optional.

Employee has authority to approve these approval events on equipment planning projects Data Table

An equipment planning template may include a list of approval events required for projects based on that template and the order in which they must occur. Employees are associated with approval events for which they are responsible or authorized. The data in the Employee has authority to approve these approval events on equipment planning projects screen group is used for work flows in the Web Modules Equipment Planning Portal.

Delete

If this field has a check, the entries in the fields to the right are deleted when you click Save.

Event type ID

Identifier of the event type that requires approval. This field has a list box. Optional, but must be unique for the employee.

Primary

If this field has a check, this is a primary event. Optional, but only one row may be marked as primary for the employee.
