Counties |
The Counties screen enables you to define the different counties that assess additional fees. If a county assesses additional fees based on geographical areas within the county (using postal codes), those areas may be specified as well.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.
County ID
Identifier of the county currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. Maximum field length is 30 characters. This field has a list box. If the county ID already exists, its name displays to the right of the ID. This field is required.
The fields in the bottom section of the tab enable you to provide more information about the county.
Name
Name of the county. Maximum field length is 30 characters. This field is optional.
State
Two-digit postal code of the state where the county is located. This field has a list box. The state name displays in the field to the right of the ID. This field is optional.
If there are postal codes associated with the county, you may enter them in the Postal codes screen group.
Delete
To delete the entries in the fields to the right, place a check in this field and click Save.
Postal code
Postal code associated with the county. Maximum field length is 10 characters. This field is optional.
Comment
Text field in which you can enter comments regarding the postal code. Maximum field length is 100 characters. This field is optional.
