Basic Info

The Basic Info tab for fuel enables you to view other events, such as car washes, recorded using FuelFocus. All fields are display only.

• Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on event type, site ID, ICU number, tank ID, employee card number, employee ID, unit card number, equipment ID, and from/to date.

Detail View Header

Transaction sequence number

Unique identifier of the transaction.

Detail View

Event type

Type of other event recorded by FuelFocus.

Site ID

Identifier of the site.  Site IDs are defined on the Data -> Fuel/Fluid Tanks -> Setup -> Fueling Sites screen.

ICU number

Number of the Island Control Unit.

Tank ID

Identifier of the tank. This field has a list box.

Employee card number

Fuel card number of the employee who initiated the transaction.

Employee ID

Identifier of the employee. This field has a list box. The employee name displays to the right of the ID.

Unit card number

Fuel card number of the equipment unit to which the transaction applies.

Equipment ID

Identifier of the equipment. This field has a list box. The equipment description displays to the right of the ID.

Meter 1

Meter 1 reading.

Method

Method used to record the meter reading.

Meter 2

Meter 2 reading.

Method used to record the meter reading.

Date and time

Date and time the event occurred.

User ID

Identifier of the user. This field has a list box. The user name displays to the right of the ID.

Data

Additional data used by the transaction.
