The field in the top section of this tab defines the data the system displays.

Data in the fields in the bottom section of the tab display and define the other transaction codes provided by the fuel system. All fields are optional. As with all transactions, the system requires that the Data Format tab specify that the fuel system provide the transaction code and date descriptive data item/data types.

Transaction codes for miscellaneous costs

Code (or codes) that the fuel system uses (if any) to identify valid miscellaneous costs that the system is to process. Use semicolons to separate the values; do not insert spaces before or after the semicolon. To process this information, the Data Format tab must specify that the fuel system provides the descriptive data item of the data type EQUIPMENT ID.

Transaction codes for fuel receipts

Code (or codes) that the fuel system uses (if any) to identify valid fuel receipts that the system is to process. Use semicolons to separate the values; do not insert spaces before or after the semicolon. To process this information, the Data Format tab must specify that the fuel system provides the descriptive data items of data types DATE and TANK ID as well as the quantitative data items of data types FUEL QUANTITY and FUEL UNIT PRICE.

Transaction codes for fuel transfers

Code (or codes) that the fuel system uses (if any) to identify valid fuel transfers that the system is to process. Use semicolons to separate the values; do not insert spaces before or after the semicolon. To process this information, the Data Format tab must specify that the fuel system provides the descriptive data items of data types FROM TANK ID and TO TANK ID as well as the quantitative data item of data type FUEL QUANTITY.

Transaction codes for fuel tank readings

Code (or codes) that the fuel system uses (if any) to identify valid fuel tank readings that the system is to process. Use semicolons to separate the values; do not insert spaces before or after the semicolon.
