Specify parameters in the shortcut
To set personal preferences that determine the information or format that the system uses when you open it on your workstation, you can customize the shortcut in the icon or menu item you use to open the application. Among other settings, you can specify the format used for dates.
To restrict users' access to fields they can view (as well as update, copy, and delete), you must have administrator privileges. Refer to the System administration Help topic for more information.
