On the Special Fees – Detail screen, the following fields cannot be changed on CANCELLED or COMPLETE records:

• Exception reason ID

• Fee posting date

• New expiration date

• Numeric value

• Overall exception reason ID

• Path and file name

• Payment batch ID

• Pending fee has exception

• Reference

• Reversal

• Serial number

• Special fee attribute ID

• Special fee type

• Special fee unique ID

• Status

• Text value

• Total fee amount

• Vendor ID
