Individual PM program

The individual PM program sets up independent due dates for each PM service defined for the unit. With this PM program type, several PM services can be due at the same time.

This option requires specifying the next due date, the number of meter units, and the time unit for at least one PM service.

When FASuite automatically updates the next PM scheduled data for an equipment unit on an individual PM program, it resets the date and meter reading (or readings) at which the service being performed was last performed and computes the next due date for that service.

The system does not update PM schedules until you finish or close the work order for two reasons:

• Assurance of accurate meter readings (meter readings are typically not confirmed until the work is complete). If you decide not to perform the PM work, you can delete the work order without finishing or closing it. The schedule will not have been updated and reflect work performed that was actually postponed.

• Automatic update of PM schedules at work order close ensures that the schedule is always up-to-date.
