Locations - required fields to insert an equipment unit

The system requires information in the following fields on the Locations tab of the Data -> Equipment Units -> Fleet Equipment screen to insert an equipment unit.

• Assigned PM location

• Assigned repair location

Under certain conditions, the system requires information in the following fields on the Locations tab of the Data -> Equipment Units -> Fleet Equipment screen to insert an equipment unit.

• Preferred PM shift – Required if there is a check in the Require preferred PM shift for equipment units field on the General Info tab of the Data -> Equipment Units -> Setup -> Options screen.

• Assigned mobile location - Required if there is a check (ü) in the Require assigned mobile shop for equipment units field on the General Info tab of the Data -> Equipment Units -> Setup -> Options screen.

• Station location - Required if there is a check (ü) in the Require station location for equipment units field on the General Info tab on the Data -> Equipment Units -> Setup -> Options screen.
