Meter Info - required to insert an equipment unit

To insert an equipment unit, FASuite requires information in the Equipment class for meter types field on the Meter Info tab of the Data -> Equipment Units -> Fleet Equipment screen. If the class is other than NONE, FASuite also requires information in the following Meter Information/Meter 1 and 2 fields. Otherwise, these fields are optional.
