Incident Reporting Classifications |
The Reporting Classifications screen enables you to define the classifications for Federal Railroad Administration (FRA)-reportable events. The information specified on this screen is used in choice lists on other incident management screens, including the Delays and Accidents screens, as well as the Operating Restrictions tab on the Data -> Equipment Activity -> Service Requests/Defects screen.
Reporting classification
Classification of FRA-reportable event that occurred in an incident. This field has a list box:
OTHER THAN POWER BRAKE -- default
POWER BRAKE
NOT FRA REPORTABLE
If the classification already exists, its description displays in the unlabeled field to the right. If adding a new classification, this field is required.
Description
Description of the classification. The maximum field length is 30 characters. This field is optional.
