Equipment Assigned

The Equipment Assigned tab enables you to display the equipment units that are included in the lease agreement.

• Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on lease ID, number of months in lease term, and default insurance rate ID.

Detail View Header

The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.

Lease ID

Identifier of the lease agreement currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. For vehicles, this is frequently referred to as a Schedule A. This field has a list box. If the ID already exists, the agreement description displays to the right of the ID.

Detail View

The data in the fields at the bottom section of this tab, presented in a screen group, display the equipment units. All fields are display only.

Equipment ID

Identifier of the equipment unit assigned to the lease agreement.

Serial number

Serial number of the equipment unit.

Year-manufacturer-model

Year, manufacturer, and model of the equipment unit.

In service date

Actual date the equipment unit went into service under the lease agreement.
