The Comments tab enables you to record comments regarding the shift.
Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on employee ID and shift date and time.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.
Employee ID
Identifier of the employee. Defaults to the employee ID associated with the logged-in user ID, but you can change it. This field has a list box. The employee name displays in the unlabeled field to the right. This field is required.
Employee IDs are associated with user IDs on the Basic Info tab of the System Mgmt -> Setup -> Access Rights -> Users screen.
The Comments field in the bottom section of the tab enables you to record comments regarding the shift. Maximum field length is 2,000 characters.
