Schedule Types |
The Schedule Types screen enables you to group trains according to the days of the week in which they run. Examples include Weekday, Saturday Only, Daily, and Extra. Extras can run any day of the week, as needed. You can also use this information to categorize scheduled trips for reporting and analysis purposes.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.
Schedule ID type
Identifier of the schedule type. This field is required. The maximum field length is 10 characters. This field has a list box. If the ID already exists, its description displays in the unlabeled field to the right.
The Description field in the bottom section of the tab enables you to assign a descriptive name to the schedule type, such as WEEKDAY. The maximum field length is 30 characters. This field is required.
