Part Attributes |
The Part Attributes screen enables you to define new or update existing attributes for parts.
Attribute ID
Identifier of the attribute currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box. If the attribute already exists, its description displays to the right of the field. This field is required.
Data in the fields in the bottom section of this tab enable you to name the attribute and specify whether it is associated with part primary, part location, or both.
Name
Free-form text field in which you can type the name of the attribute. Maximum field length is 30 characters. This field is required.
Include on purchasing reports
If this field has a check, the attributes for the part and part location are included on purchasing reports.
Used on
Place a check next to each entity associated with the attribute. This field is optional.
