External System Info

The External System Info tab provides an interface to external systems.

Detail View Header

Request ID

Identifier of the production request. Automatically generated by the application. This field is display only.

Detail View

External system identifier

Identifier of the external system that the application interfaces with. This field is optional.

Extracted

If this field has a check, the data has been has been extracted from the application and sent to the external system.

Date and time

Date and time (in MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM format) that the data was extracted. This field is display only.

Comment

Text field in which you can type comments.
