The Comments tab enables you to view and record comments related to production runs. Entries on the Comments tab on the Data -> Production Planning -> Production Request screen also display on this tab.
Comments and notes from production runs are included on work orders generated from production runs.
Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can search on run ID, stage, part ID and suffix, requested or required date, and production ID, among others.
Run ID
Identifier of the production run. Automatically generated by the application. This field is display only.
Comments
Text field in which you can enter comments regarding the production run. Maximum field length is 120 characters. This field is optional.
Message
Text field that displays messages entered on the Basic Info tab of the Data -> Production Planning -> Setup -> Production Types screen.
