Insert Function (Layout menu)

You can insert special items anywhere. Special items include:

• Form Feed:  Advances to the top of the next page and generates a new Page Header

• Page Number:  Inserts the page number

• Line Number:  Inserts the line number of each line at the left edge of the page; line numbers begin with 1 at the top of each page

• Current Date:  Inserts the system date, in the format specified in the database

• Current Time:  Inserts the system time, in the format specified in the database

• Current Time Stamp:  Inserts the system date and time, in the format specified in the database
