Data item concatenation identifiers

Note: To use bar codes, the optional Bar Code module must be installed.

When you create data items for bar codes, you must concatenate a one-character identifier to the beginning of the items. These identifiers are as follows:

Direct time code ID: D

Employee ID: E

eQuipment ID: Q

Indirect time code ID: I

Location ID: L

part fAilure ID: A

Part ID: P

Task ID: T

est element: C

test tYpe: Y

Vendor ID: V

Work order ID: W

Example: To print a task code as a bar code, type the following as a user-defined item:

‘T’ || DES_MAIN.TASK_TASK_CODE
