The Comments tab for requisitions enables you to display and record comments about requisitions. If the requisition was generated from the Data -> Procurement -> Estimates screen, this tab populates automatically with recorded comments, if any.
Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on requisition ID, requisition status, bid ID, vendor ID, and estimate ID.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.
Requisition ID
Identifier of the requisition currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box.
Data in the Comments field in the bottom section of this tab enables you to view or record comments about the requisition. It is an optional, free-format area.
