Bays Assigned to Tasks

The Bays Assigned to Tasks tab displays scheduling information about the bays assigned to use tasks.

• Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on run ID, location ID, run description, and start/end date and time.

Detail View Header

The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that the software displays.

Run ID

Numerical identifier that the system assigns to each upload. This field has a list box. The run description displays to the right of the ID.

Detail View

Data in the fields in the bottom section of this tab display information about the tasks. All fields are display only.

Task number

The system's number for the task.

WO location

Identifier of the work order location.

-year

Year the work order was opened.

-number

Work order number. For indirect labor, it is blank.

Equipment ID

Identifier of the equipment unit.

Task ID

Identifier of the task that describes the work.

Task IDs are defined on the Data -> Shop Activity -> Setup -> Tasks -> Primary Information screen.

Bay ID

Unique identifier of the bay.

Start date and time

The start date and time (24-hour clock from 00:00 to 23:59) that the bay is scheduled for the task.

Planned end date and time

The planned ending date and time (24-hour clock from 00:00 to 23:59) that the bay scheduled for the task will no longer be needed.

WO for part ID

Identifier of the work order associated with the part ID.

Part suffix

Number associated with the part ID, which distinguishes it from other parts with the same part ID.
