Parts Assigned to Task

The Parts Assigned to Task tab displays scheduling information for the parts required to perform tasks.

• Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on run ID, location ID, run description, and start/end date and time.

Detail View Header

The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that the software displays.

Run ID

Numerical identifier that the system assigns to each upload. This field has a list box. The run description displays to the right of the ID.

Detail View

Data in the fields in the bottom section of this tab display information about parts assigned to the task. All fields are display only.

Task number

The system's number for the task.

WO location

Identifier of the shop location assigned to the work order.

-year

Year the work order was opened.

-number

Work order number. For indirect labor, it is blank.

Equipment ID

Identifier of the equipment unit.

Task ID

Identifier of the task that describes the work.

• Task IDs are defined on the Data -> Shop Activity -> Setup -> Tasks -> Primary Information screen.

Part ID

Identifier of the part needed to complete the task.

Part suffix

Number associated with the part ID, which distinguishes it from other parts with the same part ID.

Quantity

Quantity of the part needed to complete the task.

Begin date and time

Date and time (24-hour clock from 00:00 to 23:59) that the part is scheduled to be available for the task.

WO for part ID

The work order assigned to the part ID.

Part suffix

The part suffix of the part.
