Tools Assigned to Task |
The Tools Assigned to Task tab displays scheduling information for the tools required to perform tasks.
Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on run ID, location ID, run description, and start/end date and time.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that the software displays.
Run ID
Numerical identifier that the system assigns to each upload. This field has a list box. The run description displays to the right of the ID.
Data in the fields in the bottom section of this tab display information about the run. All fields are display only.
Task number
The system's number for the task. The following three fields make up the work order ID.
WO location
Identifier of the shop location to which the work order is assigned.
-year
Year the work order was opened.
-number
Number of the work order.
Equipment ID
Identifier of the equipment unit.
Task ID
Identifier of the task that describes the work.
Task IDs are defined on the Data -> Shop Activity -> Setup -> Tasks -> Primary Information screen.
Tool ID
Identifier of the tool scheduled for the task. Maximum field length is 30 characters. Tool IDs are defined on the Data -> Shop Activity -> Tools -> Setup -> Tools screen.
Begin date and time
Date and time (24-hour clock from 00:00 to 23:59) that the task is scheduled to begin.
Planned end date and time
Date and time (24-hour clock from 00:00 to 23:59) that the task is scheduled to end.
WO for part ID
Identifier of the work order associated with the part ID.
Part suffix
Number associated with the part ID, which distinguishes it from other parts with the same part ID.
