Functions (Notification Template) |
The Functions tab for this screen provides you with more information about the functions associated with the notification template. You can only assign one function per each notification template record so there are no issues with assigning users with the correct actions for a certain functional area.
The field in the top section of this tab is called the Grid, and defines the data that displays.
Notification template ID
Identifier of the notification template currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box. Maximum field length is 20 characters. This field is required.
The following check boxes are found under the Functions tab. These boxes turn on the functionality for certain types of items.
