Basic Info


The Basic Info tab enables you to record details about tests for employees and operators.

Detail View Header

The top section of the Basic Info tab displays the employee or operator currently selected in the grid or for whom you are tracking test information.

Employee or operator ID

Identifier of the employee or operator. This field has a list box. The employee or operator name displays to the right. This field is required.

Test ID

Identifier of the test. This field is display only.

Detail View

Data in the fields in the bottom section of this tab provide additional information about the test. Unless otherwise indicated, these fields are optional.

Date and time performed

Date and time (in MMDDYYYY HH:SS format) that the test occurred. This field is required.

Method

Test method used. This field has a list box. This field is required.

Examiner

Identifier of the individual who administered the test. This field has a list box of active employee and operator IDs. The individual's name displays to the right of the field.

Location ID

Identifier of the location where the test was performed. Upon entering a test, if a schedule ID is provided the test record location must match the schedule location. This field has a list box. The location name displays to the right of the field.

Result

Result of the test. This field has a list box. This field is required.

Action

Action associated with the test result. This field has a list box. This field is required.

Renewal date

Date (in MMDDYYYY format) that the employee or operator's certification was renewed. When a test type is loaded on the Test Results tab, the associated renewal days value is added to the test date and displays in this field if the value is greater than zero.

Average rating

Weighted numerical value assigned to the test. This field recalculates when ratings are added or deleted from the results. This field is display only.

Equipment ID

Identifier of the equipment. This field has a list box. The equipment description displays below the field.

Schedule ID

Identifier of the schedule. This field has a list box. If a location ID is entered, the schedule must be valid for that location. The schedule must also be valid for the test date. The schedule description displays below the field.

Stop ID

Identifier of the stop. This field has a list box. If a schedule ID is entered, the stop must be valid for that schedule. In addition, the location associated with the stop ID must match the location ID for the test. The stop description displays below the field.

Number of equipment

Quantity of equipment.
