Current Labor Assignments

The Current Labor Assignments screen enables you to display employees’ current labor assignments inserted on the Data -> Shop Activity -> Employee Labor Capture screen. Only those employees who are active and charge time display on this screen.

• Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on employee ID, assigned shop location ID, shift ID, work order location ID, work order year, and work order number.

Detail View Header

The fields in the top section of this tab define the data that displays.

Employee ID

Identifier of the employee selected in the grid. The employee name displays to the right of the field.

Assigned shop location ID

Shop to which the employee is assigned. The shop name displays to the right of the field.

Shift

Number (1-4) of the shift to which this employee is assigned.

Detail View

The bottom section of the tab displays the labor assignments. All fields are display only.

Begin date and time

Date and time (24-hour clock from 00:00 to 23:59) that the assignment began. Display-only from the Labor Capture tab on the Data -> Shop Activity -> Employee Labor Capture screen.

Work order ID

Identifier of the work order to which the employee is currently assigned. The work order ID is composed of three parts: the location, year, and number. Display-only from the Labor Capture tab of the Data -> Shop Activity -> Employee Labor Capture screen.

Equipment ID

Identifier of the equipment unit assigned to the work order ID. Display-only from the Data -> Shop Activity -> Work Order Center screen.

Task ID

Identifier of the task on the work order ID to which the employee is currently assigned. Display-only from the Labor Capture tab of the Data -> Shop Activity -> Employee Labor Capture screen.

Work order time code ID

Identifier of the time code for the direct labor to which the employee is currently assigned. Display-only from the Labor Capture tab of the Data -> Shop Activity -> Employee Labor Capture screen.

Indirect time code ID

Identifier of the indirect time (pay) code to which the employee is currently assigned. Display-only from the Labor Capture tab of the Data -> Shop Activity -> Employee Labor Capture screen.
