The Timekeeping tab enables you to specify timekeeping options.

Start day of week

Day of the week on which the workday starts. This field has a list box:

• MONDAY

• TUESDAY

• WEDNESDAY

• THURSDAY

• FRIDAY

• SATURDAY

• SUNDAY

Number of days in timesheet period

Number of days in one timesheet period. Maximum field length is three characters.

Adjust clock in/clock out times to nearest

Time period by which clock and clock out time should be adjusted. This field has a list box:

• NONE

• QUARTER HOUR

• TENTH

Time codes for

Holiday

Time code that specifies a holiday. This field has a list box. Must be valid and usable on time sheets.

Non-work day

Time code that specifies a non-working day. This field has a list box. Must be valid and usable on time sheets.

Allow clock in or clock out ___ minutes before shift begins

Number of minutes that employees may clock in or out early. Defaults to 0, but you can change it. Maximum field length is three characters.

Allow clock in or clock  out ___ minutes after shift ends

Number of minutes that employees may clock in or out late. Defaults to 0, but you can change it. Maximum field length is three characters.
