Facility Codes |
The Facility Codes screen is used in FuelFocus. It currently supports access control cards (i.e., HID cards) and will support other security tag tracking in the future. ICUs (island control units) also use facility codes. The codes are prefixes on employee and vehicle cards/keys that are used for validation at the pump.
Facility ID
Identifier of the facility. This field is required. This field has a list box. If the ID already exists, its description displays in the unlabeled field to the right.
Description
Free-form text description of the facility ID. The maximum field length is 30 characters. This field is optional.
Secure facility code
Numeric facility code. The maximum field length is 15 characters. Not required, but a code must be valid if entered.
Tip: A facility code may not be deleted if it is assigned to an ICU.
