Follow-up Work


The Follow-up Work tab supports the configuration of follow-up work on a Task.

Detail View Header

The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.

Task ID

Identifier of the task currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box of IDs that have a check (ΓΌ) in the Active field, which indicates that you may post charges to the task. If the ID already exists, the name displays to the right of the ID.

Detail View

Data in the bottom section of this tab defines configuration parameters for follow-up work.

PM Checklist item:

Repair task ID associated with PM task

Symptom ID associated with PM task

 

Repair Task:

Has follow-up work

Check box indicating whether or not the repair task has follow-up work.

Default PM Service associated with repair task

Only PM Services will be listed in this list box.

Default Service Request associated with repair task: Symptom ID

Follow-up PM Service will be removed when follow-up Service Request is completed
