On an annual basis, we make significant enhancements to the system based on input received in the field, from users, and from our own ideas. These enhancements include improvement of the functional capabilities, as well as the development of new user interfaces to facilitate data entry and data display. Users who participate in the Support Program receive all updates, upgrades, and new releases at no additional cost.
The annual cost of the Support Program is 20% of the license fees, optional module license fees, and fees for custom interfaces developed. This cost remains fixed through the fourth year. Thereafter, the cost becomes subject to proportional increases based on changes in license fees.
If an organization licenses an optional module or contracts for custom interfaces after its initial license, it must pay annual support in the amount of 20% of the license fee for any such module or any cost of such interface, as of the first support period after the date of license.
