Attributes |
The Attributes screen enables you to display and define attributes associated with vendor contracts. Example attributes include delivery location, tax code, specific terms, and purchasing agent contact information.
Note: You cannot delete a vendor contract attribute that is currently assigned to one or more vendor records.
Vendor contract attribute ID
Identifier of the vendor contract attribute. Each attribute ID must be unique. The maximum field length is 20 characters. This field has a list box. The description displays to the right of the field. This field is required.
Name
Free-format text field in which you can type a description of the attribute. The maximum field length is 30 characters. This field is optional.
