Assigned Users

The Assigned Users tab displays the user IDs associated with a specific user group.

• Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on user group ID, screen rights template ID, control rights template ID, location access template ID, department access template ID, and report access template ID.

Detail View Header

The field in the top section of this tab displays the user group ID.

User group ID

Unique identifier of the user group currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. The user group description displays in the unlabeled field to the right. This field is display only.

Detail View

Data in the fields in the bottom section of this tab list the names and user IDs of the user group members. All fields are display only.

User ID

Identifier assigned to the user.

• Tip: Users are assigned to groups on the Groups Currently Assigned tab of the System Management -> Setup -> Access Rights -> Users screen.

User name

User name associated with the user ID.
