Attributes

The Attributes tab enables you to associate attributes with capital funding sources.

Detail View Header

The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.

Capital funding source ID

Identifier of the capital funding source currently displayed in the grid or that you are defining. Maximum field length is 20 characters. This field has a list box. The funding source description displays to the right of the ID. This field is required.

Detail View

The fields in the bottom section of this tab enable you to associate attributes with capital funding sources. Unless otherwise indicated, these fields are optional.

Delete

If this field has a check, the entire row is deleted when you click Save. Only inactive attributes may be deleted.

Attribute ID

Identifier of the attribute. Maximum field length is 30 characters. Attributes for capital plans are defined on the Data -> Equipment Management -> Capital Planning -> Setup -> Capital Attributes screen. To use the attribute, there must be a check in the Used on Funding sources field.

Attribute name

Name of the attribute. Maximum field length is 30 characters.

Text value

The default text associated with the attribute. Maximum field length is 50 characters.

Numeric value

The default numeric value associated with the attribute. Maximum field length is eight characters.

Date value

The default date value (in MM/DD/YYYY format) associated with the attribute.

Comments

Default text comment associated with the attribute. Maximum field length is 250 characters.

Path and file name

Default path and file name associated with the attribute. Maximum field length is 250 characters.
