Capital Attribute Groupings |
The Capital Attribute Groupings screen enables you to define and activate groups of attributes for use in capital planning. The screen has one tab, Basic Info.
The fields on this tab define the data that displays.
Attribute grouping ID
Identifier of the capital attribute grouping currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. Maximum field length is 30 characters. This field has a list box. This field is required.
Only inactive groupings may be deleted.
Description
Text description of the grouping. Maximum field length is 60 characters. This field is optional.
Active
If this field has a check, the grouping is active. Defaults to blank (inactive).
Note: You may not deactivate attribute groupings that are in use on project types or capital projects.
The Attributes part of this grouping screen group enables you to specify the capital attributes in the group.
Delete
If this field has a check, the entire row is deleted when you click Save.
Capital attribute ID
Identifier of the capital attribute. This field has a list box.
Capital attributes are defined on the Data -> Equipment Management -> Capital Planning -> Setup -> Capital Attributes screen.
Attribute name
Name of the attribute. Populates automatically when you select a capital attribute ID. This field is display only.
