Tasks

The Tasks tab enables you to associate tasks with a work assignment profile.

Detail View Header

The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.

Assignment profile ID

Identifier of the assignment profile currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box. If the ID already exists, its description displays to the right of the ID. This field is required.

The Profile applies to these tasks screen group in the bottom section of the tab enables you to specify the tasks associated with the work assignment profile.

Delete

To delete the entries in the fields to the right, place a check in this field and click Save.

Task ID

Identifier of the task. This field has a list box. Must be task type REPAIR TASK, REPAIR GROUP, PM SERVICE, or INSPECTION. Task types are assigned on the Basic Info tab of the Data -> Shop Activity -> Setup -> Tasks -> Primary Information screen.
